DLP Continuing Professional Development
CPD and in service training (INSET) within the Dawlish Learning Partnership develops and shares the knowledge and skills of everyone.
It enables us to provide our pupils with a richer 
and more individually appropriate learning experience. One that enables them to achieve their full potential.
We encourage everyone to take responsibility for their own professional development, and line managers to help in assessing and meeting these needs.
We ask everyone to recognise the expertise they have, and to take a lead in sharing good practice. CPD is central to school improvement and is embedded in the DLP Development Plan.
