DLP Schools Company
Dawlish Learning Partnership is in the process of forming a School Company.
This will provide a framework for collaboration and for sharing responsibility for the learning and well being of children and young people in our community.
It will actively promote a culture of life long learning and an atmosphere of trust and challenge based on a shared commitment to learning.
We will share responsibility for learning and raising achievement in our community by;
- Providing rich learning opportunities
- Ensuring high quality transition between key stages and phases
- Developing collaborative strategies for raising achievement
- Enabling peer support and networking
We will generate our own professional sustainability by;
- Speaking with one voice
- Acting as an advocate for children and young people
- Planning strategically
We will offer a broad range of learning opportunities for students and professional development for staff.
DLP School Company will operate on a not for profit basis and will ensure that all relevant information about how we operate is in the public domain, on this website.
