DLP School Company Key Documents
There are four key legal documents. They can be downloaded and viewed by anyone within the Dawlish Learning Partnership of Schools, including staff, governors and parents.
They are however password protected. You can request the password either from your school or by emailing the DLP Office here. In your email please confirm your relationship to the Dawlish Learning Partnership.
Articles of Association. This is an internal rule book that describes in detail how we will work. They form a contract between the members (the schools) and the DLP organisation as well as among the schools themselves.

Partnership Agreement. This states, amongst other things, the nature of the business, the capital contributed by each partner, and their rights and responsibilities.

Memorandum of Association. This gives the company’s name, names of its members (shareholders) and location of its registered office.
