Music CPD with Jason Thornton
Jason Thornton is the Director of Bath Philarmonia.
This wonderful CPD opportunity is aimed at both music leads and non-specialist teachers who have been asked to teach music, but have no background in teaching the subject.
As well as giving training in teaching techniques, Jason will provide resources to carry participants through the KS1 and much of the KS2 music curriculum.
Jason is a leading orchestral conductor, but spends much of his time working with pupils in their schools. He is also passionate about helping non-specialists to enjoy teaching music.
Date and Time: Tuesday 12th, Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th June 2012 from 4pm – 6 pm
Venue: Dawlish Community College Music Room
Cost: Free (small charge for refreshments)
