Music Grant support for DLP Schools
Hi Everyone,
We are pleased to be able to offer support for children attending a really exciting musical experience this term.
Each school can claim £100 to put towards taking a group of children to the Devon Music Mix at Westpoint near Exeter on Wednesday 22nd June 2011.
The Devon Schools Mix will be a great mix of performances, taster events and workshops in a rich variety of genres.
The cost of this event is £2.50 per child. It starts at 10:00 and ends at 16:45 although you don’t have to stay to until the end.
The climax of the event is all 5000+ children joining together to sing three songs with a live band.
Click here to book your school a place at the event. Telephone 01392 385351.
The closing date for bookings is Wednesday 22 June 2011
If you have any questions just click here to drop me an email.
I hope everyone is able to take some children along, we’re going to take Years 5 and 6. We have taken children for the last 3 years and it has been excellent.
